REVO cognitive fitness classes
Train your body. Upgrade your brain.
You already train your body with intention. REVO brings the same premium focus to attention, memory, planning, and mental stamina.

Move with intent
Functional strength, balance, coordination, and station work keep the body active while the brain stays engaged.
Think under load
Layered cognitive tasks train attention, recall, planning, and reaction in the same window as movement.
Adapt every round
Difficulty evolves with your performance, so each class feels challenging, focused, and measurable.

What happens during a REVO class?
A REVO class combines structured cognitive challenges with various movements across training stations.
Participants rotate through timed stations that train attention, memory, reasoning, and planning while moving. A cognitive coach oversees the session and helps you adjust tasks or intensity as you progress.
As you train, you also gain insight into your cognitive strengths and weaknesses - building not only skill, but understanding. That awareness supports long-term brain health and more intentional performance in daily life outside the studio.
You won't just work your body - you'll actively train how you think.
What should I expect in my first class?
Your first REVO class will feel mentally engaging and physically active, but structured.
It's normal to experience moments of cognitive stretch as you train in new areas. Tasks are progressive and adjustable, allowing you to pace intensity as you build stamina.
REVO is designed to challenge without overwhelming. Growth happens at the edge of effort - not in chaos. The goal is development, not perfection.
Wear comfortable sneakers. Bring curiosity. We'll handle the rest.
Is REVO appropriate for neurodivergent adults?
Yes. REVO is designed to support diverse thinking styles and processing patterns.
Some participants are drawn to it as a natural, human-centered way to strengthen attention and mental stamina - whether alongside or independent of pharmaceutical approaches. REVO is not therapy, but an active training environment for developing executive function and focus.
Who is REVO NOT for?
REVO may not be the right fit if you prefer passive workouts with minimal engagement, are primarily focused on physique-driven training or bodybuilding goals, are looking for a quick fix rather than skill development, or expect clinical or medical treatment outcomes.
Classes are designed for active adults who are comfortable moving between stations and lifting light to moderate weights. REVO is not intended as a rehabilitation program. This small-group training experience is designed for individuals who value growth, focus, and active participation. It blends structured challenge with community and healthy competition - not isolated workouts or aesthetics.
